Had them inspect my nearly 250 year old “beehive” fireplace, cap the chimney, replace the flashing, they assisted me in choosing an insert for my fireplace which they installed and I have them to my home annually for an inspection. The technician (Dylan Duffy) showed up on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to explain in detail the work he was doing. I truly cannot recommend The Chimney Chap enough. With what felt like (at least to us!) a bit more of an involved fireplace project to be done in our living room, my husband and I partnered with Casey on the Chimney Chap team for nearly 5 full months. I can confidently say there is no one else we would have wanted to go through this project and process with. From the inspection, to planning and installation Chimney Chap explained all along the way what was going on, what the plan was and set expectations. Casey was great to plan the project with and then for installation Cameron was outstanding; very thorough and detailed. He then took us through a "class" after install to show how to use it and so thankful he did. Highly recommend them!

I can't say enough great things about the folks at Chimney Chap. I had them out for service twice since I bought my house. Once in 2023 (for routine service) and just recently in December of 2024. This year, I booked my appointment with Allie and she was fantastic. Jon Hurley was the technician that came out this year to do the service and he was amazing. WIthin 30 seconds of being onsite, he taught me things about the remote I never knew. He found the rattle I had told Allie about and fixed that as well. These guys are great! Service is always amazing and they are one of the few companies left that actually take pride in their work. I highly recommend The Chimney Chap for your standard and gas fireplace service. Talk about a small business that really cares. We recently bought a new house and Scott and his team came out to do some masonry work and clean the chimneys. Turns out we had a major exhaust issue with our fireplace and furnace setup. With thanksgiving coming up in 4 short days, Scott promised we would have functioning heat before then. And Chimney Chap delivered! Not only did they fix the chimney and heat exhaust, but with Scott’s advice we put a wood stove insert into the fireplace rather than keep it open and the whole house is now heated by wood and oil is a backup 🙂 thank you Chimney Chap for saving thanksgiving and giving honest and fair service with professional quality at a reasonable price. We had our two gas log fireplaces serviced recently. The Chimney Chap technician arrived prompttly and did a great job. He was friendly and very neat, leaving everything clean. A good business to deal with and I will continue to use them for our annual service needs.

What an amazing showroom, their stoves and fireplaces are what every home needs. We searched everywhere for an electric stove and Chimney Chap had the best option. We also saw some gas inserts that we will be exploring in the near future, just so impressive designs and it will be a great upgrade for our home. A definite location to checkout for all your gas or wood burning needs. Chris did an excellent job answering our questions and we had a no pressure product discussion, very well done and much appreciated.
