This is a family friendly event. We will have a dunk tank, moonwalk, games, food, and drinks for everyone! We hope to see you here! In addition, we will have raffle tickets available for purchase or during the event for a chance to win a or a GOZNEY Roccbox Pizza Oven or Gas Firepit Table in stock of your choice!

ADDITIONAL INFO & GUIDELINES:

We will be holding the Burger Blitz event at our showroom located at 352 Main Street, Hanson. You must pre-register to be a contestant for this COMPETITION. Pre-registration is NOT required if you do not want to participate in the contest. The competition will be held on Saturday, June 22^nd (Rain Date June 23^rd), 10am kickoff.

1) Contestants need to arrive by 9:30am for registrations and to set up.

2) The Burger Blitz Battle will start at 10:00am.

3) The Burger Battle will be limited to 10 contestants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and pre-registration is required.

4) The winner will be decided by a panel of three judges. Each judge will rate the burger on a scale of 1 (the lowest) to 10 (the highest) in the main categories of taste, presentation, and creativity. The cook with the highest score will be named Chaps’ Burger Blitz King and get to take home a BLAZE GRIDDLE w/ Cart valued at $3,125.98. Second place winner will receive a Napoleon TravelQ Portable Gas Grill valued at $299.00.

5) Each contestant will be responsible for preparing their own burger and provide their own special fixings. There will be no restrictions on toppings or condiments to the burgers. The burgers created can consist of any food items the cook brings with him but must represent a traditional hamburger. A traditional burger is to be composed of at least one grilled “patty” (ground beef or any alternative food) placed between a “bun” (bread product or any alternative wrapping. Don’t forget to name your burger!

6) All burgers must be cooked to 160 Degree Fahrenheit. Any burger undercooked will result in disqualification.

7) Everyone attending MUST inform a Chimney Chap employee of any food allergies!

8) All children must be accompanied by an adult.
